Project Manager - Applications Lead (4340)

For a project at our insurance client in Zurich we are looking for a Project Manager - Applications Lead.

Our client is rolling out a new electronic workplace to Windows 10. The diverse application portfolio is at the core of this project and requires the attention of a senior Project Manager / Program Manager. The person we are looking for has a strategic mind and sound technical knowhow to drive this crucial process. 

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in the areas of Project Management, planning, organizing, resourcing with a careful attention to detail to continuously monitor progress actions and initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teams in an international, multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary environment; separated by geographical locations and working under different time-zones.
  • Solid knowhow in application management and application landscape design in complex multinational environments
  • Previous experience in similar projects such as migration and implementation of OS for multinational companies
  • Experience in multi-site deployment projects
  • Project Management certification (PMP or similar)

About the role:

  • Works with technical teams to prepare applications for Win 10
  • Coordinates activities of project teams involved in each phase of skills management / project delivery
  • Develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures and responsible for defining project guidelines, obtaining business and information technology sponsor approvals, and coordinating resources necessary to successfully complete the project within scope, budget, and schedule 
  • Managing project to completion 
  • Managing the process of definition and development of detailed requirements 
  • Responsible for successful completion of all phases of the project life cycle

Quantitative Risk Specialist / Stress Models in R (4338)

For a longer term project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Quantitative Risk Specialist / Stress Models in R.

The candidate will be working in the Stress Methodology team. He/She will develop and maintain a suite of scenario-aligned risk category stress models and support diverse other stress-related activities.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience in stress testing, operational risk or other areas of risk methodology
  • Sound knowledge of statistical and econometric methods and their application
  • Proficient in use of statistical software (e.g. R, SAS ,…), experience writing code is essential
  • Good general understanding and interest in (macro-) economic mechanisms and their influence on financial markets
  • Experience with handling large datasets is a plus
  • A Master's or PhD degree in applied quantitative discipline (e.g. Econometrics, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Finance)
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

 

About the role:
 

  • Develop and maintain methodologies for operational risk stress testing our client and different legal entities around the globe (including regulatory stress exercises such as CCAR)
  • Use techniques from quantitative risk management, financial mathematics and econometrics to develop and improve models
  • Implement models in R, before being embedded into the productive risk infrastructure
  • Prepare the documentation of the models and present impacts to senior management stakeholders across the bank

JIRA Entwickler (60%) (4342)

Für einen zweimonatigen Projekteinsatz, jeweils 3 Tage in der Woche (ab Ende Mai), bei unserem Kunden in Zürich suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n JIRA Entwickler (60%).

Der ideale Kandidat wird im Rahmen eines Projektes die Implementierung von ca. 20 Prozessen in JIRA durchführen.

Sie bringen folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • IT Ausbildung (HTL, Fachhochschule, Uni)
  • 2 - 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der JIRA Prozess Entwicklung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Agile Projektentwicklung
  • Solide konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse im Groovy Scripting
  • Ergebnisorientiert und Leistungsbereitschaft, starker Team Player
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (Wort/Schrift) - gute Kenntnisse in Englisch

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erhebung der Anforderungen unter Absprache mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen im JIRA Umfeld
  • Erstellung von Softwarekonzepten
  • Durchführung von Systemoptimierungen und Diagnosen
  • Mitwirkung in allen Phasen des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses

Project Manager - Market Data / LTV (4337)

For a long term project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Market Data / LTV.

The ideal candidate ill be responsible for managing the Loan-To-Values project which enhances and maintains the Calculation Engine and Market Data pool for defining Loan-To-Values.

Your Qualifications:
 

  • Experience in Project Management and IT implementations with background in the lending business of a financial services company
  • Background in Market Data and marketable securities
  • Ability to engage with quantitative experts and flair for risk methodologies and models
  • Strong relationship building and consultation skills
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, technical flair
  • Degree in business administration, finance or business informatics or equal
  • Fluency in English and German is a big plus
     

About the role:
 

  • Project responsibility for an IT application in the global Credit Risk Management area
  • Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
  • Manage interfaces to the various stakeholders (Credit Officers, Credit Analytics, Front Organization, Trading, Audit and other) with exposure to Senior Management
  • Independent supervision of the project
  • Recording, analysis, definition, prioritization and testing of new business requirements
  • Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery and IT implementation within the project
  • Development and execution of user training and stakeholder communications
  • Lead the strategic IT discussion, develop the business case and story line

Senior Business Analyst - Data Flows / Credit Products (4336)

For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst - Data Flows / Credit Products.

Your Qualifications:

  • Excellent business analysis experience within banking and financial services, including specification of business requirements
  • Familiarity in data flows and data catalogue / data gap analysis
  • Profound understanding of Private Banking Wealth Management credit products (especially lombard)
  • Experience in IT implementations, technical understanding and flair to understand complex IT landscapes would be benefitial
  • Ability to engage with quantitative experts
  • Flair for risk methodologies and models, experience in Stress Testing or Scenarios is a great plus
  • Familiarity with Credit Derivatives
  • Proficient in English, German a plus

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and documenting business requirements from key business stakeholders, namely from Credit Risk Methodology team
  • Conducting data analysis and data quality checks
  • Drive exchange with SMEs and coordinate project delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met
