Sie sind verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung und sorgen mit den idealen Kandidaten dafür, dass unsere Kunden ihre Projektziele erreichen.

Für diese Position bringen Sie idealerweise folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Personalrekrutierung im IT und/oder Non IT Bereich (Fokus auf temporäres Personal)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Effiziente und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse im Führen eines strukturierten Vorstellungsgesprächs
  • Gute Menschenkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch. Jede weitere Sprache ist ein grosses Plus

Junior Data Analyst – FATCA / US Tax Regulations (3914)

For a 4 months project of our client, an international banking company, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst – FATCA / US Tax Regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst to work on a high profile project within an established Swiss bank. In this position, you will support the Entity Management Team within the FATCA Desk

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent education
  • Experience in working as a Data Analyst, preferably within the tax department of a financial department
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel (Pivot, V-Lookup, Formulas), PowerPoint and in SharePoint
  • Very good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • "Can-do" attitude and attention to detail
  • Analytical approach
  • Teamplayer who can work well under pressure
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Review and complete IRS Portal requirements
  • Update the IRS portal for changes to entities and deregister entities that are no longer relevant
  • Submit information concerning entities and registrations for FATCA via IRS Portal
  • Record transfer receipt of Global Intermediary Identification Number (GIIN) from IRS Portal to the internal System
  • Update lists and publish the status of GIINs and FATCA forms in the Intranet for internal use
  • Update systems with the details of FATCA submissions
  • Maintain ongoing review of information that entered the IRS Portal
  • Provide general administrative support to FATCA Desk
  • Review current access rights
  • Generate report of overdue MICOS certifications

Business Objects Developer (3912)

For a 6 months project of our client, an international banking company, we are looking for a Business Objects Developer.

 Our client's Risk division is responsible for managing risk and ensure compliance with regulation whilst delivering strategic programs, which drive business optimization across the Risk division. In this position, you will develop Web Intelligence report development and test their development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Business Objects develope
  • Experience with complex Business Objects reports, Webi variables and calculation contexts, preferably within the Credit Risk department of a financial institution
  • Solid understanding of best development practices in Business Objects
  • Excellent understanding of SQL, Oracle DWH,
  • Experience with JIRA testing of report changes, regression testing and reconciliation to source and requirements
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and requirements
  • Understand how changes to source systems affect reporting outputs
  • Knowledge in the following technologies is a plus
  • Architecture and Business Objects Server side configuration
  • Business Objects CMC and security model
  • Java
  • JIRA
  • ALM - Quality Center
  • Oracle SQL
  • Business Objects BI 4.1
  • Business Objects understanding of complex universe and full lifecycle

Responsibilities:

  • Applying and advocating best practice programming standards, concepts and techniques
  • Liaising with stakeholders, gather reporting requirements to get new data into warehouse and Business Objects Universe
  • Effectively translating end user reporting requirements into functional design documents
  • Building System integration tests (SIT) cases, performing comprehensive SIT testing and providing support during UAT
  • Mentoring less experienced team members
  • Contributing to the data dictionary and reporting solution

Delivery Manager – Disaster Recovery (3913)

For a project at our client, an international banking company in Zurich, we are looking for a Delivery Manager – Disaster Recovery.

 The candidate will be part of the Service Continuity team. The person will be performing the planning and coordination of Disaster Recovery of critical applications, coordination of critical events for infrastructure maintenance / management across IT, Resiliency Testing, contributing to the management of the production environment by creating and enhancing processes and best practices within the Service Continuity function.

Your qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience as a delivery manager ideally within financial services industry
  • Experienced in complex DR testing and coordination of large critical events
  • Experienced in collaborating with many different functions provides opportunity to learn and develop in the role.
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal in English
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills;
  • Good knowledge of core technologies - e.g. Sybase, Oracle, Storage, Operating systems, web portals and components;
  • Exposure to project management

Your Responsibilities:

  • Working with Infrastructure team/Business Continuity Management teams, application developers
  • Planning, coordination & Project management (70%), Event Execution, Resiliency / availability, Other Ad-hoc activities 10%
  • Perform planning, coordination and project management of Disaster Recovery exercises and major event maintenance activities
  • Plan and coordinate Resiliency initiatives and Business continuity mgmt processes
  • Working with support teams, application development and technical teams to define, plan, execute and monitor & control critical activities.

Senior Business Analyst – Credit Risk Reporting Platform (3911)

For a 6 months project of our client, an international banking company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Credit Risk Reporting Platform.

Our client's Risk division is responsible for the entire Risk portfolio, shaping strategic initiatives and supporting the target operating model in the risk arena. In this position, you will deliver a new risk reporting platform to Credit Risk Managers and Risk Analytics and Reporting professionals supporting Credit Risk Managers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role within a large financial institution
  • Excellent understanding of credit risk processes, experience in credit risk system implementations and regulatory delivery programs
  • Proficient understanding of front to back systems, data, calculations, processes and current regulatory regimes and requirements within risk functions of international banks
  • Experience in either Credit Risk domain: Swiss Bank, Private Bank, Corporate and Commercial Bank, Investment Bank environment
  • Experience of embedding new risk management systems in a complex organisations
  • Experience in agile project management
  • Track record of sourcing and defining clear and comprehensive requirements
  • Experience in designing operating models, processes and control functions
  • Reliable, analytical and flexible personality with a structured and analytical approach
  • Ability to work independently under tight timelines and cost constraints
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and people

  • Effective liaison with IT professionals
  • Adhering to project delivery methodologies (e.g. waterfall and agile)
  • Development of requirements specifications, functional specifications, business presentations, report mock-ups, dashboard wireframes, data mapping, testing and training documentation
  • Syndication of documentation to all the relevant stakeholders and achieving necessary approvals
