IT Project Manager - Vendor Management (3964)

For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager for Vendor Management and Rfp projects.

Your qualifications:

  • Broad and deep knowledge in Business Process Analyses and Business Project Management with > 8 years experience
  • Expertise in banking operations especially securities processing with experience in the Asset Servicing and/or Custody &Transfers Area
  • Demonstrable change management experience
  • Outstanding analytical skills and conceptual capabilities to support the implementation of new business operating models working in partnership with vendors
  • Technical affinity to transform the business needs into solutions by coordinating the involved IT teams
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management as well as with people on operational level
  • Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions
  • High-end communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of senior management exposure
  • Experience with managing 3rd parties (e.g. vendors) or driving and managing a RFP is an asset

Senior Project Manager - Product Selection/ Remote Access Solutions (3959)

For a longer term project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager - Product Selection/ Remote Access Solutions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Experienced Project Manager with 8+ years proven track record of delivery
  • Previous knowledge of remote access solutions through successfully delivered projects
  • Strong experience of product selection processes having run RFI/RFPs including PoCs in previous projects
  • Good MS Project and Office skills
  • Financial Services (especially Swiss Banking) experience advantageous
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills with a can do attitude
  • Excellent team leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, globally across numerous timezones to support delivery
  • Good communication skills written and oral (English)

Your Resposibilities:

  • Management of all stages of the project lifecycle (delivery of agreed scope at expected quality on time and budget or raise Change Request appropriately)
  • Ensure the solution being delivered by the project aligns with CTO and Bank strategy and raise risks, issues and/or change request if measures indicate that the solution is likely to underachieve the stated performance goals
  • Follow the banks' standard methodologies, where applicable and complete all required project management deliverables and artifacts
  • Dependency management across multiple streams within the project and to other project within the bank
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, collating and fulfilling requirements, facilitating meetings, producing reporting and analytics and presenting management information at meetings
  • Status report inline with CTO standards and timelines
  • Provide full transparency of the project to the right stakeholders
  • Ensure appropriate governance is in place and followed, and regularly engage with and communicate to the governing body
  • Work closely with the central Business Analysis team to ensure BA activities and artefacts are completed in line with CTO standards (requirements management, product evaluation/selection)
