Jurist/in Vertragsrecht - Asset Management (5152)

Für ein Projekt bei unserem Bankkunden in Zürich suchen wir eine/n motivierte/n Jurist/in Vertragsrecht - Asset Management.

Das Asset Management Legal Team in Zürich besteht aus mehreren Rechtsspezialisten, welche für die rechtliche Absicherung verschiedener Kundensegmente verantwortlich sind. Das Team ist verantwortlich für die Unterstützung rechtlicher Angelegenheiten und Analysen in Bezug auf alle Kundensegmente im Asset Management unsers Kundens.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Juristischer Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise von einem Schweizer Institut
  • 1-2 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung im Vertragsrecht
  • Allgemeines Verständnis von Banking, vorzugsweise Asset Management
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten 
  • Starker Praxisbezug, Kreativität, Out-of-the-Box-Denken und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Sie können Verträge in diesen beiden Sprachen verhandeln und verfassen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Überprüfung / Analyse bestehender Kundenverträge für verschiedene Geschäftssegmente
  • Entwurf (und Verhandlung) von Verträgen für Vermögensverwaltungsgeschäfte
  • Qualitativ hochwertige Rechtsberatung

Business Analyst - Robot Process Automation (5150)

For a project at our banking client in Zurich or Schaffhausen (flexible) we are looking for a Business Analyst - Robot Process Automation.

You will work in a team that is responsible for identifying and implementing Robotics Process Automation solutions to support CH/EMEA service delivery teams in executing their day to day business more efficiently.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years business analysis experience and/or change management background 
  • Previous experience in Robot Process Automation projects is advantageous
  • Experience in working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment
  • Professional background within Banking Operations would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process automation that increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk
  • Design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies
  • Develop requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for identified robotics solutions
  • Analyze and test existing systems for compatibility with preferred automation platforms
  • Support business case development

Solution Developer - Robotics Process Automation (5151)

For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Solution Developer - Robotics Process Automation.

The ideal canidate will be supporting the team which is responsible for identifying and implementing Robotics Process Automation solutions to support CH/EMEA service delivery teams in executing their day to day business more efficiently.

Your Qualifications:

  • Engineering or programming background with 8 years of experience
  • Understanding of programming constructs (C++, C#, VisualBasic, VBA.net) in a MS Windows-based enterprise software environment
  • Strong software troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in Robotics Process Automation Tools is mandatory
  • Fast comprehension for Information Technology and a natural ability to solve complex issues
  • Professional experience within Banking Operation would be a helpful asset
  • Confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
  • Fluent in English, German would be an advantage

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner and collaborate with Operations experts and IT teams across the organization to deliver robotic process automation solutions in a dynamic environment
  • Analyze business requirements, design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and development best practices
  • Perform integration testing of robot process automation solutions into larger subsystems and the extended automation system
  • Increase efficiencies by utilizing technology

Project Manager - Risk Data Aggregation / Reporting (5149)

For a project at our banking clients‘ site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Risk Data Aggregation / Reporting.

The ideal candidate will work with the team responsible for building the bank's strategic Risk Reporting Platform to deliver either Country Risk components or Treasury and C&ORC components of the Group's Risk Reports and ensure that the required data is identified and sourced from authoritative sources.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the risk reporting area
  • Knowledge of Risk Data feeds and Processes relating to Country Risk Reporting or knowledge of Treasury Risk and/or Compliance and Operational Risk  
  • Highly structured, organised and able to drive through solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • Fluent in English

Your Responsibilities:

  • Building out the bank's strategic Risk Reporting infrastructure
  • Developing effective Risk data aggregation/ reporting functionality and capabilities
  • Delivering compliance with BCBS239 Principles for Effective Risk Data Aggregation and Reporting
  • Manage delivery of Country Risk Reporting Capability or Treasury Risk and C&ORC data into the strategic Risk Reporting Platform (PURE)
  • Work with Risk Change and IT Architecture teams to define and agree on architectural design
  • Plan, track and report on Country Risk or Treasury Risk and C&ORC related inputs into Group's Risk Reports

ServiceNow Specialist Specialist (5148)

For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Specialist.

The ideal candidate will act as application owner for ServiceNow, to do a review of the implementation, prepare documentation, make changes where required, ensure correct framework and operating model is set up, and interact with third party vendors.

Your Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge in ServiceNow Specialist (either as an IT user across many modules or as an implementer/administrator)
  • Experience in Application/System Management
  • Technical background – general understanding of Application, Server, Network
  • Strong analytical and structured way of thinking
  • Fluent in English, German is a big plus

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive the ServiceNow Implementation across the company and all processes
  • Review the API implementation and coordinate the fixing of bugs
  • Implement configuration management upload and update with the Cloud Service Provider
  • Support to define release procedures with the Cloud Service Provider
  • Review Operations Manual and bring up to standard required
  • Support in the reporting initiative
  • Support to understand, review and define all required SLAs
  • Support review Security incident management process in ServiceNow
