IT System Engineer - SAVVY® knowhow (4752)

For a short-term project of about 2 months remote or at our clients' site we are looking for an experienced IT System Engineer - SAVVY® knowhow.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create interface between myMDS and Savvy service via TOM
  • Adjust ARS interfaces and myMDS catalogue and process items
  • Platform upgrades on DSC, DCS, WIN10 and Savvy implementation

You are:

  • Very familiar with different IT tools like Savvy, myMDS, TOM, ARS, WebSRM, TomRot etc. 
  • Expert in connectivity for IT services (Exchange, File, Print, SCCM, WIN10)
  • Fluent in English and German

Ihre Qualifikationen:

IT Business Analyst - Cyber Security / two-factor authentication (4750)

For a project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst - Cyber Security / two-factor authentication.

The ideal candidate will be working in the Security Engineering team which is a global organization delivering changes to the Security IT Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management, Data Protection and Application Security services. 

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience applying business analysis techniques preferably in infrastructure projects 
  • A best practice qualifications would be an advantage (e.g. CBAP, IREP)
  • Knowledge of product CA SiteMinder and CA Layer7 is a plus
  • Experience with product Jive considered as plus
  • An understanding of infrastructure projects with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, German would be an asset

Your Repsonsibilities:

  • Analyze existing Authentication and Credential Management processes and solutions 
  • Describe the requirements and help design processes involved
  • Assist in quality control and project management
  • Work closely with stakeholders, various partners within the IT organization regarding Information Security

Accounting and Finance Analyst - Process Design (4749)

For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Accounting and Finance Analyst - Process Design.

The person we are looking for will be working within Intercompany Accounting. Your role is to implement the intercompany governance framework for all entities and ensure complete, correct and auditable reporting satisfying internal and external requirements.

Your Qualification:

  • 4+ years’ experience in accounting / audit incl. understanding of IFRS
  • Strong Project Management skills combined with Process Analysis
  • Proficient user of MS Office; SAP (BW), GCRS, GGL and GEAR knowledge would be an asset
  • University degree in Accounting / Finance combined with a Swiss CPA or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels
  • Fluent in English, German would be an additional asset

Your Responsibilities:

  • Review the process in relation to intercompany services
  • Develop and implement governance, process and key controls in the intercompany process in the non-IB divisions
  • Work together with the IT-specialist and write the business requirements
  • Support role out of new governance (incl. training sessions)

German Speaking BA / PM - Cost Allocation Processes (4748)

For a project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced German Speaking BA / PM - Cost Allocation Processes.

This is a hybrid role where the ideal candidate brings experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager within finance. You will be help setting up a new Target Operating Model for new global cost allocation processes.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst AND Project Manager in the financial industry or consulting background
  • Background in setting up new Target Operating Models, with focus on cost allocations preferred
  • Excellent experience in process analysis and documentation of business processes
  • Fluent in English and German

Your Responsibilities:

  • Working with SME’s from key business areas developing a current state analysis and elaborating proposal for future state
  • Development of the RFP documentation
  • Structuring, planning and tracking of the project 
  • Defining project objectives and deliverables in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Setting up governance structure and managing key stakeholders
